Delete your Second Ball account
Second Ball is made by Afakgun Studio (Ahmet Faruk Akgün). You only have a Second Ball account if you turned on cloud save. You can delete that account and all your cloud saves at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open Second Ball and go to Settings → Cloud save.
- Make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Or ask us by email
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Second Ball account".
- Send it from the email address of your account. If you used Sign in with Apple with "Hide My Email", send it from the address your relay forwards to and tell us that you used Sign in with Apple; we may ask one question to find the account.
- We delete your account and confirm by email, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your cloud save account: email address, user ID and the sign-in details from Apple or Google, if you used them.
- All your cloud save files, every slot and every version, and their summaries.
What is not deleted
- Saves on your device. They stay on your phone or tablet and you can keep playing. To remove them, delete the app.
- Full Career. It belongs to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored at any time with "Restore purchases".
- Crash reports and analytics. They aren't linked to your account or email, so we can't pick out yours. Crash reports are deleted automatically after about 90 days, and analytics event data after 2 months. Turn them off in Settings → Privacy to stop any new data.
- Authentication logs, for the short time Supabase keeps them, and copies in encrypted backups, for a limited time until they are overwritten.
- Our email conversation about your request, for up to 2 years, to show that we handled it.
Only want to remove some data?
- Remove one backup: Settings → Cloud save → Delete cloud copy.
- Stop using cloud save on a device: Settings → Cloud save → Sign out.
- Stop analytics or crash reports: Settings → Privacy.
- If you used Sign in with Apple or Google, you can also disconnect Second Ball in your Apple or Google account settings.
